The Algarve Biomedical Center will support, over the next year, the Doctorate on Clinical Research and Translational Medicine, from the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences of the University of Algarve, through the 'Lídia Jorge Excellence Scholarship', an initiative that aims to offer the student with the best academic performance the possibility of having the first year of the tuition fully funded.

This scholarship aims to encourage and recognize the merit of the best students, contributing to a successful path, marked by the proximity of the academic and scientific ecosystem, supported by the Algarve Biomedical Center in the region.

It should be remembered that one of the main missions of ABC is to create, disseminate and spread a culture of research and development, helping to train highly qualified and differentiated professionals.
